LinkedIn Premium Charged Me Twice Without Consent – €179.88 Refund Request

March 24 12:17 PM19

I live in the Netherlands and discovered that LinkedIn made two unexpected charges of €179.88 each from my bank account on March 24, 2026, at around 9:00 AM. These charges are related to a LinkedIn Premium subscription, but when I attempted to sign up for Premium, I repeatedly received error messages. Based on this, I assumed that no subscription had been activated and no payment had gone through. I was not aware that I had an active Premium account.

One of the transaction references on my bank statement is CR8GFLPJZPT9X2F3. Because I never knowingly activated or used this Premium subscription, I do not agree with these charges.

I request that both charges of €179.88 be fully refunded and that the associated Premium subscription be canceled immediately to prevent any further billing. I have not been able to receive support or a resolution through other channels, so I am submitting this complaint to have the issue resolved quickly and properly.
