Lingokids Kept Charging Me Monthly After I Canceled My 1-Month Subscription

I’m upset with Lingokids. I originally signed up for just a 1-month subscription, which I canceled right afterward. I was under the impression that everything was fine—until today, when I received an email notification that made me double-check my account.

To my shock, I discovered that Lingokids has been charging me ₺97 every single month without my knowledge or consent. I never received any warning or receipt for these payments, and only realized it by looking through my past bank statements.

This is completely unacceptable. I canceled in good faith, and I shouldn’t be financially penalized for a service I’m not using. I demand a full refund of all the unauthorized charges and expect a prompt resolution. Lingokids needs to be more transparent and respectful with its billing practices.
