Lingokids Charged Me 3 Times for One Subscription

I am very frustrated with Lingokids. I was charged three separate times for what was supposed to be a single subscription. Two of those charges were billed directly to my mobile phone account, and the third was deducted from my credit card. That means I paid ₺3 times for only one service.
I didn’t authorize multiple payments and I never intended to purchase the same thing more than once. This kind of billing issue is completely unacceptable. I demand a full refund of the duplicate charges immediately. It’s hard to trust a children’s app that handles billing so irresponsibly.
Can someone from Lingokids please explain how this happened and guide me through the refund process? I expect to be contacted urgently so this mistake can be resolved.
