Lingokids Charged Me Without My Consent After My Child Downloaded It

I was shocked to discover that Lingokids charged my account ₺600 without any confirmation or prior notice. My 4-year-old son downloaded Lingokids from the Play Store while trying to install a game. Since my credit card is linked to my phone for general purchases, the app processed a payment automatically—without any password, confirmation, or warning.
I had no idea this app even completed a transaction until I checked my account. I never intended to purchase anything from Lingokids, and a child should not be able to trigger such a costly charge without barriers in place.
This is completely unacceptable, especially for a child-focused application. I demand a full refund of the ₺600 that was taken from my account. If my request is not met, I will escalate this matter by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I expect a prompt resolution and a review of your payment protections to avoid this from happening to other families.
