I Paid for Lingokids Annual Plan but It Still Asks Me to Pay for Plus Access
I’m extremely disappointed with Lingokids. While purchasing a subscription through Google Play, I was offered two options—monthly or yearly. I selected the yearly plan, and on December 6, ₺459 was deducted from my credit card ending in 0407.
Despite paying the full annual fee, the app now shows pop-ups asking me to purchase Lingokids Plus, and almost all features are locked behind an extra paywall. This makes absolutely no sense. If I’m still going to face restricted access and be asked to pay more, then what exactly did I pay ₺459 for in the first place?
This is misleading, unfair, and borders on deceptive billing. I either want full access as promised under the annual subscription or I demand a full refund of the ₺459 that was charged. Lingokids needs to fix this immediately and stop asking users to double-pay for features that should already be included.
