I’m trying to log into the Line app, but it’s asking for a file transfer code, which I never received. The app says it was sent to my old device, but that device is broken and gone. This whole process is frustrating, and I’m stuck without any way to log in. I’ve forgotten my password, and now I can’t access my account at all. Can someone help me resolve this issue and recover my account? The current method of retrieving the code just doesn’t work for my situation.
