Unable to Transfer Line Account to New Phone – Not Receiving Verification Code

I recently upgraded my phone and reinstalled the Line app, but I can’t transfer my account to the new device because I no longer have access to my old phone. I need to receive a verification code to complete the transfer, but the code isn’t arriving. What should I do? Please assist me in resolving this issue as I’m stuck without access to my account.
