If LINE banned your account after you logged in on a new phone, it may be due to an incorrect account transfer.
You might not be able to get back your chats if you didn't save them to iCloud or Google Drive or set a backup PIN.
However, if you had a backup, just reinstall LINE on your new phone, sign in with your old phone number or linked Apple ID/Google account, and then follow the on-screen instructions to get your old chat information back.
If you can't log in, your account may have been deleted because you used the same phone number on another LINE account.
LINE won't be able to bring back your old account or chat records in this case.
