My Likee Account and Device Were Blocked Without Warning

My Likee account and device were suddenly blocked and I cannot access my account anymore. My Likee ID / phone number linked to the account is 0032465178***. I did not receive any clear warning or message before the block; the account just logged out by itself while I was sitting and using it, and now I cannot open it again. On Likee I only chat with my friends, share my own videos and talk with them about daily life. I do not knowingly break any rules or do anything harmful. After the block, I heard from one boy who said he is an agent and that he blocked my account and my device, but I do not know if this is true and Likee never clearly informed me about a reason. I kindly ask you to urgently check my account and remove this block so that I can use my Likee ID again. I especially want my account to be reopened as soon as possible because I miss my friends and I cannot contact them without my Likee account. I request that my account be restored and my access be reactivated so that I can continue using Likee normally.
