According to regulations, parts should be available for 10 years. However, despite their claim that every part could be supplied for a decade, this service seems non-existent. The product's specific part they were selling couldn't be located. To my surprise, they suggested a TV priced at 15,000₺ as a replacement, along with a request for an additional 15,000₺ to cover the difference. This is a price range where similar products are commonly found, ranging from 13,000₺ to 16,000₺. When I declined their offer, they assured me of a refund, yet this process also led to frustration. I urge LG representatives and officials to adopt transparent and honest practices when selling products, refrain from deceiving customers, and to consider the concerns of prospective buyers thoroughly.
