Out of Stock Replacement Parts for LG Smart TVs

I experienced a malfunction in my LG brand television panel. The service informed me that there is currently no available panel in Turkey. According to regulations, parts should be available for 10 years. However, despite their claim that every part could be supplied for a decade, this service seems non-existent. The product's specific part they were selling couldn't be located. To my surprise, they suggested a TV priced at 15,000₺ as a replacement, along with a request for an additional 15,000₺ to cover the difference. This is a price range where similar products are commonly found, ranging from 13,000₺ to 16,000₺. When I declined their offer, they assured me of a refund, yet this process also led to frustration. I urge LG representatives and officials to adopt transparent and honest practices when selling products, refrain from deceiving customers, and to consider the concerns of prospective buyers thoroughly.
