Hello, my name is Gülcan Özc**, and on July 5, 2023, I purchased an LG Wi-Fi Dual Wing Remote Controlled Silent Ceiling Fan with order number 454750764 from Hepsiburada. I booked a free installation appointment online with Ebo Teknik Klima (Service work order number: RNU230707035185) for July 13. Unfortunately, VIP Teknik Servis showed up instead of Ebo (who had already installed the same fan for my neighbor in the same building in just 30 minutes). VIP Teknik Servis claimed it was their first time installing this fan, and they had watched a video on how to do it before coming to my place. I suggested not to proceed if they were unsure, but they insisted it was fine. The installation took 2 hours, with them constantly referring to online tutorials and brochures. Later, I called 4446543 to share my concerns and requested another service check, along with proper instructions for Wi-Fi setup and usage, which they failed to explain. I've been waiting on hold for 18 minutes now. LG's unresponsive customer service under the scorching Antalya heat has left me with no choice but to boycott their products. I urgently demand a response and either Ebo Teknik Servis or another experienced technician to check the installation.
