my TV got wrecked by the latest earthquake, had to take my TV to LG's customer support ASAP for some assistance, I had no clue this would turn into a never-ending nightmare. At first, the service department said it would take 20 workdays to fix it. thought it was long but what can you do sometimes....that wasn't the worst...it's been three months and nothing's been sorted out yet. I keep asking how things are going, and they always say, "We're still waiting on the necessary parts." I'm so freaking frustrated right now. I've called LG's main office a bunch of times now, hoping they'll get their act together and fix my problem. Man, I've talked to the service center so many times, but it's like we're just going around in circles blaming each other. The HQ and the service center are both pointing fingers at each other. It's like they're just trying to avoid responsibility and not giving a damn about my time or patience, I meanwhile am just misearble.
