The reason for writing is to convey my deepest disappointment with the LG 27ML60MP-B display. The monitor was bought by me on [date] from Vatan Computer. The monitor dropped from a height of less than 10 cm when I was cleaning it. The screen cracked internally because of the impact, which was quite small.
The LG 27ML60MP-B monitor is so delicate, and that is a major letdown for me. In all my fifteen years of computer use, I have never before experienced a monitor cracking due to an impact of this magnitude.
In an effort to get this fixed under warranty, I contacted LG customer support, but they were unhelpful. They asserted that the guarantee did not apply to the screen damage.
When it comes to customer service, LG has my utmost disappointment. The LG 27ML60MP-B monitor is faulty, and the company should pay to fix it, in my opinion.
I am requesting that LG issue a recall for the LG 27ML60MP-B display and provide free repairs to all impacted consumers.
In addition, I intend to lodge a formal complaint with the Turkish Agency for Consumer Protection.
