I Can’t Use Netflix on My 2013 LG TV Anymore and Got No Warning or Solution

April 11, 2025 12:49 AM87

I’ve been watching Netflix on my 2013 LG TV for years with no problem—until now. Suddenly, when I try to open the app, I get a message saying “This device is no longer supported.” That’s it. No warning, no alternative, no clear explanation.

What kind of service is this? Am I supposed to cancel my Netflix membership or go out and spend thousands of ₺ on a new TV just because the app was disabled overnight? This is incredibly unfair to loyal users who have been paying for years and simply want to keep using the service they subscribed to.

Netflix and LG, I demand an urgent explanation and a solution. Give users a way to continue using your service without forcing unnecessary upgrades.
