For almost two years, I've been using my LG TV and its apps, like Netflix and YouTube, without issues. Recently, however, I've encountered a frustrating problem when trying to update or add new apps. Every time I attempt to update, I receive a message asking if I want to install the latest version. Despite confirming "Yes," the update fails with a "Temporary issue, service is currently unavailable" error message. I get the same response when checking updates or trying to log in through the mobile app, where I receive "Temporary server error, please try again later (l/001/999/001.0091)."
When I called LG customer support, they suggested it might be an internet provider restriction or family protection setting. My provider confirmed no restrictions. Even after following LG’s suggestion to try using my phone as a mobile hotspot, the issue remained unsolved. LG then offered to send a service technician but insisted the problem was still likely internet-related, despite my being unable to log into my account or access the app functions on mobile.
It’s been a week, and I'm still dealing with this unresolved issue, without an effective solution from LG. I need LG to address this persistent problem immediately.
