LG Delayed My Replacement Refrigerator
I bought an LG double-door refrigerator from Media Markt in Kocaeli. It was delivered on July 6th. But then, the fridge started making a lot of noise, and on August 22nd, the service team said that the product was broken and needed to be swapped out. Even though they said they would replace it on August 29th, Media Markt and LG still haven't given me the new product. When I first bought the refrigerator, it was on sale. But now, with the prices going up, it's not possible for me to get a new one for the same price. Both companies are basically trying to get me to purchase a new refrigerator. Neither company has made an effort to reach out and find a solution, and it seems like they're just blaming each other. I'm posting here because I haven't gotten any responses for months. Sometimes, this platform can help me find a solution. Corporate sellers often have a hard time finding solutions because of these problems!
