Does that's how you treat your clients? You should’ve let me know if you don't have what I ordered or ask if I would like something else instead. They sent whatever they thought would work and hoped I wouldn't notice. Well, surprise! I saw it! The most important thing is to make customers happy, not to send out whatever is lying around the warehouse.
