Wrong Lens Color! Lensdirect Sent Whatever They Had in The Warehouse

The lens is the wrong colour! I ordered these sunglasses with yellow lenses, they told me they sent me whatever lenses they had left because they were out of yellow ones. I mean, really? Does that's how you treat your clients? You should’ve let me know if you don't have what I ordered or ask if I would like something else instead. They sent whatever they thought would work and hoped I wouldn't notice. Well, surprise! I saw it! The most important thing is to make customers happy, not to send out whatever is lying around the warehouse. Whoever had that bright idea should congratulate themselves as they’ve lost one customer right now! Next time when you don’t have something, ask the person paying for it!!
