Lenovo X1 2-In-1 Gen 9 Replacement Stylus Not Delivered After Support Request

On 14 August 2026, I unboxed my brand-new Lenovo X1 2-in-1 Gen 9 (Type 21KE, 21KF) laptop and immediately noticed that the stylus included in the box was faulty. On the same day, I opened a support ticket via Lenovo Premier Support regarding this issue. I was later informed that a replacement stylus had been dispatched to me, but this replacement has never reached me and appears to have been lost during delivery or at some other stage. In my communications with Lenovo Premier Support, I was told that instead of directly sending a new pen, they would first investigate the whereabouts of the stylus that was supposedly sent. Despite my repeated requests, they did not share which courier company was used or any delivery details. However, I then received an email claiming that I had already received the pen, which is not true. For a notebook that cost me 3,000 USD, the way a service line positioned as “Premier Support” has handled this situation is deeply disappointing and has caused me serious distress. Instead of recording the shipment as “delivered” without my knowledge and without proof, this issue should have been investigated transparently and resolved in a customer-focused way. I request that the stylus problem be resolved urgently and that a correctly functioning replacement pen be delivered to me in person within 24 hours at the latest. I also request that the delivery details be properly updated in your system and that a “delivered” confirmation email be sent to me only after you are certain that the replacement pen has actually been handed over to me. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved swiftly and in a way that fully ensures customer satisfaction.
