Why Was My Lemon8 Account Banned!!

My personal Lemon8 account has just been banned without any explanation or prior notice. I noticed the ban about ten minutes ago when I opened the app and tried to post a comment, and I was suddenly unable to use my account. I have already reached out through the in-app help center, but I still have not received any clarification about what happened or which rule I am supposed to have violated. This lack of information is very upsetting because I do not know what I am being accused of or how to correct it if there has been a misunderstanding. I kindly request that my ban be properly reviewed, that you clearly explain the specific reason for this action, and that my account be reactivated if I have not violated any community guidelines or terms of service. I would like this process to be handled transparently so I can continue using my account with full understanding of the rules.
