Lefties Sent Wrong Sizes Twice—No Customer Support Available


I placed two separate orders from Lefties, and in both cases, they sent the wrong size. It’s unbelievable how such a mistake could happen twice. Even worse, there is no way to reach their customer service—it seems like they don’t even have one!
The size on the external tag and the size on the inside label are completely different. How does such an error even happen? Unfortunately, we removed the tag from one item before realizing the mistake, only to find out it was a completely different size than what we ordered.
I need Lefties to fix this issue immediately. A proper exchange should be offered, even for the item with the tag removed, since the mistake was on their end!
