Missing Item in Lee Cooper Order – Unable to Reach Customer Service for Resolution
I received my Lee Cooper order (order number 5692******39), but one item was missing from the package. I've tried multiple times to contact customer service for assistance, but it’s been impossible to reach anyone. The automated system continuously states I’m “first in line,” yet no one ever responds. Additionally, there was no invoice included in the package. This lack of support is incredibly frustrating, and I expect Lee Cooper to resolve this issue promptly by sending the missing item or providing a refund. I urge customer service to address my complaint as soon as possible, as this experience has been deeply disappointing.
