Lee Cooper Failed to Resolve a System Error That Prevents My T-Shirt Return
On Monday, May 18, 2026, I purchased two men's T-shirts from the Lee Cooper store located in the 39 Burada Shopping Mall in Lüleburgaz. The total amount I paid was $20, taking advantage of a promotion that offered 70% off the second item. However, the T-shirts did not fit my husband, so he visited the store the following day, May 19, 2026, to exchange them.
Despite presenting our receipt, store employees informed him that their system was experiencing technical issues and that no exchanges could be processed that day. They stated that they would be able to assist us once the system problem had been resolved.
As a result, I personally returned to the store on May 20, 2026. This time, I was told that the system showed the items as already exchanged, even though no such transaction appeared on the invoice or receipt. Because of this discrepancy, the staff claimed they were unable to process any exchange. Later that same evening, I visited the store again and received the same response. I was informed that neither an exchange nor a refund could be completed because of the ongoing system-related issue.
At this point, I am left in a difficult situation. The products were purchased specifically for the upcoming holiday, yet I cannot use them, exchange them, or return them. I believe customers should not be negatively affected by internal system failures.
I request that Lee Cooper provide a practical solution instead of allowing a technical issue to prevent customer service. I expect my products to be exchanged or refunded without further delay and for this matter to be resolved quickly and efficiently.
