Ledger Nano S Cold Wallet Is Unsecure

I purchased my Ledger Nano S wallet directly from Ledger in France. It was sealed and had never been opened. I performed a device reset when it was devoid of any data in order to rejuvenate its 24-word key. Upon transferring my coins, I was dismayed to find unauthorized transactions from my wallet, even though there was no physical connection and my computer was powered off. I have a strong suspicion that Ledger might be responsible for assets being transferred without the requirement of a device, PIN, or the 24-word security key. This disturbing discovery raises concerns about the company's trustworthiness. I have screenshots of my lost crypto assets that I can provide.
