LCW Wrong Hot Wheels Sent Instead Of Ordered Series No

I placed two separate orders through the LCW online website with the numbers 2603251702515 and 2603242104262, each in the amount of ₺1,719.90 and in both orders toy cars different from the ones shown in the order images were sent to me. Between 25.02.2026 and 25.03.2026, this problem continued in the orders I placed during this period and I received products that did not match the visuals. The delivery address is in Batman. Although the order visuals clearly showed Hot Wheels silver series and Premium Fast and Furious series cars, the products sent to me were different vehicles from the Fast Wagons and Rally Racers sets. In each order, not all but some of the items were sent as products from different series and models that did not match the images. Since I bought these products especially for collection purposes, the series and model matching the visuals is very important to me. Regarding the problem I experienced, I contacted customer service many times both by phone and via WhatsApp and spoke with Ms. M***, Ms. E*** and Ms. E***. I requested to speak with an authorized department, but I was told that they were the most authorized persons and that they could not connect me with anyone else. Although I sent the visuals of the incorrectly delivered products and the products I selected during the order one by one, they claimed that there was no mistake in the order and my grievance was not resolved. In addition, although I also created a complaint/request record via the website/application, I did not receive any response. I am aggrieved both due to the incorrect products being sent and because I could not get any solution from customer service. I request to be called by the authorized department regarding the incorrectly delivered products, that my orders be examined in detail, and that the products matching the visuals be sent to me or that my grievance be resolved through a refund or supply of equivalent products. I also request that the relevant warehouse teams be informed about image and series control so that I do not experience the same problem in my future orders, and that the process be explained to me in writing.
