LCW Delayed My Order at the Transfer Center

On 9 August I placed an order from LC Waikiki with the shipment number LCW560809180007, which is being carried by Bgk Kargo. According to the tracking screen, my package has been stuck at the transfer center since 12 August and there has been no progress in the delivery status. During this time I tried to reach Bgk Kargo many times by phone, but despite waiting on the line for a long time, no representative answered and I had to hang up each time. I have not received any information or explanation regarding the reason for the delay or when my order will be delivered. I request that my package, which has been kept at the transfer center for days without any explanation, be delivered to me as a priority and without further delay, and that I be informed clearly about the process.
