LCW Charged Different Prices for the Same Product Despite Confirmation
Following the challenges I encountered with LCW, I contacted them via WhatsApp to verify whether the products W4KF21Z8 and S52901Z8 were the same. I noticed that even though it was confirmed they are the same, you are charging different prices for them, citing seasonal differences as the reason. This seems deceptive and unjust. As a dedicated customer, I am concerned about the unclear nature of your pricing practices. I believe that product pricing should remain consistent and not fluctuate due to random seasonal tags. This experience has made me reconsider your business practices and whether I should keep purchasing from you. I trust you will take care of this issue and ensure that other customers do not face similar situations.
There is a price difference not only for the black version of these products but also for the khaki version. We have not received any explanation or response yet.
