Hello, I’m a customer of LBank, and I’m extremely frustrated with the way they’ve handled my issue. Recently, while trying to trade OCAT tokens, my ability to buy or sell was suddenly blocked without warning. I currently hold OCAT tokens in my account, but LBank is preventing me from profiting off of them.
I reached out to customer support by email, asking why I couldn't execute any trades and how long this restriction would last. Their responses were vague and unhelpful. Eventually, they said the restrictions won’t be lifted—but gave no valid explanation as to why.
Why am I being denied access to trading my own assets? This is unacceptable behavior from a trading platform. I am being prevented from making money on my own investment, and I feel deliberately blocked from action. I request that LBank lift the restrictions on my account immediately or provide a detailed explanation with a clear resolution timeline. I can share my full email correspondence if needed.
