Wooden Stick Found Inside Lay's Chips

I bought a bag of Lays chips and discovered a wooden stick that looked like a toothpick inside. I reached out to customer service and provided them with some pictures. They assured me that they have already passed on the images to the factory. Later, their response was nonchalant, implying it might not be a big deal. In my opinion, I am quite dissatisfied. If I hadn't noticed, it could have posed a potential choking risk. They made no attempt to resolve the situation or demonstrate any willingness to make things right. As a result of this experience, I have decided to discontinue using the brand's products, and they have also lost other customers.
