Lay’s Maxx Cheese Chips Caused Illness After Consumption

Two days ago I bought a Lay’s Maxx Cheese Flavour Rs 100 pack from a bakery and after eating it I felt as if there was some kind of poison or harmful substance that affected my tongue and lips. After this reaction I also started to feel feverish and my general condition was very bad for two days, to the point that I could not work properly. Because of these symptoms I went for a doctor check-up and had to buy medicines. My total medical expenses were around 1900, and I also lost two days of work and felt very unwell during this period. I have photos of the chips and the wrapper kept as evidence. I am filing this complaint against Lay’s, because I believe the fault is from the product itself and not the bakery. I request that my medical expenses and the loss of two working days be compensated, and that this specific batch of Lay’s Maxx Cheese Flavour be urgently investigated so that no other customer experiences a similar health problem.
