LatinAmericanCupid Registration Failed With Previously Deactivated Gmail Account

I have been trying to create a new account on the LatinAmericanCupid application since yesterday, but the system does not allow me to complete the registration. I enter my email and password, tap the button to continue, and the page just stays there without creating the user or moving forward, and no error message appears. Previously, I had an account with LatinAmericanCupid associated with the email address katiegio***@gmail.com, which I deactivated around July this year. Since then I wanted to return to the platform, but now I cannot use your service because I am unable to register a new account with the same email. In this situation I kindly request that you either help me recover and reactivate my previous account linked to the email address stated above or allow me to create a completely new account without any restriction, and also explain clearly why this problem is occurring so it can be permanently resolved.
