Connected2.me Won’t Let Me Create a New Account After Ban

I am trying to create a new account on Connected2.me, but I keep getting an error saying "User error" or "Incorrect username or password." Additionally, I am unable to upload a profile picture or post stories, which makes the account completely unusable.

I lost contact with many of my friends on the platform because my previous account was banned unfairly, likely due to random reports or toxic users. Now, I can’t even reconnect with them because I am blocked from starting fresh.

I expect Connected2.me to fix this issue immediately and allow users to create a new account properly. Why am I being prevented from using the platform? I need a solution now.
