Kuveyt Türk Fails to Delete Personal Data Following Account Closure Requests

For approximately three months, I have been attempting to close all my accounts with Kuveyt Türk, request the complete erasure of my personal data, and stop receiving all marketing and informational communications. Despite visiting two separate branch locations roughly three times each and receiving explicit verbal assurances from bank staff that my accounts were closed and my data was removed, I continue to receive unwanted emails and messages.

I have repeatedly specified that I do not consent to being contacted via my phone number (ending in 24) or my Gmail address. Kuveyt Türk’s continued processing of my contact details violates my explicit privacy preferences and indicates that my personal data is still being improperly retained and processed without my consent following my request to end the banking relationship.

I demand that Kuveyt Türk permanently and irreversibly delete all my personal data from its systems. In addition, I require the immediate termination of all commercial and informational communications across every channel, along with clear written or digital confirmation verifying that both my account closure and data erasure requests have been fully completed.
