I’ve been a Kuveyt Türk customer for nearly three years and actively use both my personal account and my sole proprietorship (business) account. My accounts are linked to the Kartal Cevizli Branch. As of today, without any prior notice, both my personal and business accounts have been blocked from all digital banking services.
Because of this restriction, I can’t access mobile or internet banking, use my cards, or reach the funds in my accounts. Since my personal account is blocked and I’m currently abroad, I’m unable to make card payments or withdraw cash. While I understand that this restriction may have been applied for security or overseas usage reasons, it has left me unable to even cover my basic daily expenses.
The blocking of my business account has completely halted my commercial activities, causing serious financial and operational hardship. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the issue must be resolved through the branch. However, I’ve been unable to reach the Kartal Cevizli Branch by phone for a long time—there’s simply no response at all—and no remote solution or guidance has been offered to me. Since I’m abroad, I also don’t have the ability to visit the branch in person at this time.
My request is clear: I want the restriction on my accounts to be lifted immediately, and for both my personal and business accounts to be reactivated. If possible, this process should be completed urgently through remote identity verification. I’m expecting an urgent resolution and a written or phone response regarding this matter.
