Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi Coffee - Quality Issue with Insects Found Inside

After being a devoted customer of Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi for four decades, it's quite disappointing to inform you that we have come across insects in the coffee on two separate occasions. Initially, we chose not to address it, assuming it was an isolated occurrence following years of faithful service. However, when it occurred again shortly after, it became evident that there is a significant hygiene concern at the production facility. It's quite disheartening to go through such an experience with a brand that has brought us joy for such a long time.
