Kumho Denied Warranty Claim for PS91 Tire Cracks – Demanding Full Refund

I purchased two Kumho tires (275/35/19 PS91 100Y, 2023 production), and both have developed cracks in the inner bead area—the section that sits on the rim, not exposed to the outside. The cracks are located in a part that isn’t even visible from the exterior.
The tire shop where I bought them examined the issue and agreed that there was a manufacturing defect, so they opened a damage report with the company. However, after keeping me waiting for nearly two months, I was told that the problem occurred because the tires were supposedly “driven under-inflated.”
This is completely inaccurate, as both the seller and my own research confirm that the cracks have nothing to do with under-inflation. The photos clearly prove this.
I’m extremely disappointed with Kumho, a brand that I can no longer recommend to anyone. They mislead customers and fail to take responsibility for defective products. I paid a substantial amount of money for these tires and was left feeling deceived and frustrated. I am requesting a full refund for the defective tires.
