I Face Persistent Vibration Even After Four Wheel Balances With Kumho Tires
I bought four Kumho summer tires in 2024, and ever since they were mounted on my car, I’ve had a persistent balance problem. I thought the rims might be the cause and changed them, but the problem remained. When I tried a different brand of tires, the vibration went away — which means these Kumho tires are defective.
Even after having the balance checked four times, the wheels still don’t hold balance. The service center says, “Send the tires to us for inspection,” but if I send the tires away, where am I supposed to leave my car without tires? I expect Kumho to help me with this. If they don’t, I’ll throw these tires away, never buy Kumho again, and I’ll tell everyone around me not to buy them either.
