Kumho Refused to Replace Torn Tire Despite 6-Month Warranty Promise

In May 2024, I purchased four Kumho tires. At the time of purchase, I was told that the tires came with a six-month tear guarantee — they even said, “If you scrape or tear it on a curb, bring it back, and we’ll replace it.”

However, in the fourth month, one of my tires tore, so I took it back to the dealer. They told me they would send the tire to the factory for inspection. After waiting for three months, I was finally told that the tire would not be replaced.

I find this completely unfair and misleading. I am requesting that my loss be compensated and that Kumho honor the guarantee that was clearly stated at the time of purchase.
