Kumho Tires Balance Problem After Installation

In August 2023, I purchased four Kumho tires (235/50/19) online. After having them installed, my vehicle began experiencing a serious balance issue. I contacted the seller, who told me that I needed to remove the tires and send them to the importer for inspection.

When I reached out to the importer, they neither directed me to a local authorized dealer nor offered any temporary replacement tires to use while mine were being inspected. Because of this lack of support, I’ve decided that I will never buy tires online again.

I’m also deeply disappointed with Kumho’s poor after-sales service and lack of customer care. From now on, I’ll stay away from the Kumho brand entirely.
