KuCoin Fails to Provide Earned Rewards

I recently earned rewards through spot trading on KuCoin, with promises of approval within 14 business days. However, as of December 17th, my rewards, including subsequent ones, remain unapproved for withdrawal. Despite reaching out via email, responses have been unhelpful and vague assurances of addressing the issue have yet to materialize. In stark contrast, competing platforms like Hu**** process rewards within seconds. While earning rewards is one thing, the withdrawal process seems to be a mirage. Consider this a warning to the community!
