I Face a Worm Found Inside Kotex Ultra Night Pad — Serious Hygiene Issue

I recently purchased a Kotex Ultra Night sanitary pad, and to my shock and disgust, I discovered a worm inside the product. I’ve attached a photo for reference. I honestly can’t understand how something like this could happen, especially with a product that is meant for personal hygiene and safety.

I’ve been using Kotex for a long time and have never encountered such a horrifying issue before. The product was purchased only a short time ago, and it was stored properly. Finding a worm inside a sealed sanitary product is completely unacceptable and dangerous for consumers’ health.

I urgently request that Kotex conduct a full investigation, perform a quality inspection on this batch, and recall defective products immediately. I also expect a formal explanation and compensation for this extremely disturbing and unsanitary incident.
