I Face Discomfort With New Kotex Products Made With More Synthetic Material

The quality of Kotex products has noticeably declined compared to the ones I used before. The current products, especially the Kotex Night Pads, no longer offer the same level of comfort and softness. It feels like a large portion of the material is now made of nylon, making the pads far less breathable and comfortable to wear.

I used to trust Kotex because their products were known for their quality, comfort, and safety, but that trust is slowly fading. The newer versions are simply not the same as they used to be, and I’m seriously considering switching to another brand.

It’s disappointing to see a company gain customers’ trust with quality products at first, only to lower the quality once the brand becomes well-known. Such a practice feels unethical, especially when it involves products directly affecting women’s comfort and health.

I expect Kotex to restore the original quality standards that made customers trust and rely on the brand in the first place.
