I Experience Poor Absorbency and Leakage With Kotex Night Pads

During my period this month, I had an urgent need and purchased Kotex night pads, even though it’s not a brand I usually use. I chose it because I believed it to be well-known and reliable. I bought the product on April 5, 2026 (Saturday) from the Kartal Migros store.

Since the first three days of my period are usually heavy, I used a new pad on the morning of April 8, 2026, right before leaving for work. However, after only about 45 minutes, I checked once I arrived at the office and noticed that the pad had not absorbed properly and had leaked. I experienced similar absorption and leakage issues with other pads from the same package as well.

This situation put me in a very uncomfortable and embarrassing position in my corporate work environment, and my trust in the brand has been seriously shaken due to the product performing far below my expectations.

Regarding this negative experience, I request that the product be examined, necessary quality checks be conducted, and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation.
