Kosmos Visa Services Won’t Verify My Passport & ID
I have been trying to book an appointment through Kosmos Visa Services, but every time I enter my passport and ID number, I get an error saying, "Your ID and passport information do not match." I have checked my details multiple times and tried again and again, yet the system keeps rejecting my information.
To resolve this, I called their customer service. After waiting 40 minutes for my turn, the call was suddenly transferred to a different hold music. I stayed on the line, refusing to hang up, only for the call to end automatically without speaking to anyone! This is beyond frustrating. Kosmos Visa must fix their system and provide real customer support instead of wasting people’s time!

Is there anyone who could get an appointment for any region in the first 2 weeks of March that opened this week? Despite seeing it at the 46th second, we couldn't get an appointment for Edirne and its regions. I am really curious who could get one. We've been chasing these appointments for months, there's been a problem with the system for months, and no one is finding a solution.
