Kosmos Visa Services Still Has Booking Issues – System Won’t Accept My Information

The appointment system at Kosmos Visa Services was a nightmare last summer, and now, in February, the same issues persist. It’s frustrating that they still haven’t fixed their system! Either shut down the appointment system until it works properly or ensure it actually functions as intended.

I have completed the application form twice, yet every time I try to book an appointment, I get an error saying my passport and ID details do not match. This is clearly a system issue, not an input mistake. How can they expect customers to complete their visa applications when their system is broken? Kosmos Visa Services must fix this immediately and allow users to book appointments without unnecessary delays!
