Kosmos Visa Services Complaint - 3 Months of Trying to Get an Appointment

I've been trying to schedule an appointment with Kosmos Visa Services for the past three months. I gotta get a visa to go see my buddy in Turkey, but I've been having trouble setting up an appointment.

Kosmos Visa Services requires a substantial amount of paperwork for a visa application. I've got all the necessary paperwork, but I still can't seem to snag an appointment.

My buddy sent me an invite, but it's expired 'cause I haven't been able to snag an appointment. I am extremely annoyed with Kosmos Visa Services. I'm totally clueless about how to get in touch with them. It's really frustrating!
