Unable to Access Konami Account Due to 403 Error During Data Transfer

I am currently unable to access my Konami account because I keep receiving a "403 Forbidden" error whenever I try to complete a data transfer. This issue is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the amount I’ve already invested in this account.
