On August 25, 2025, my E-Football account “nemutluturkumdi” was deleted with no warning, email, or in-app notice. The account was not linked to any other profile and contained significant game progress plus paid content that I purchased over time. After I discovered the issue, I tried password reset multiple times, but it failed every attempt. I also attempted to reach customer support and could not get through to anyone or receive a response.
This situation is unacceptable. I followed the rules, invested time and money, and now I’m locked out without any explanation or recovery path. I need my account restored along with all previous progress and purchased items.
I request immediate investigation, a clear written explanation of why this happened, and prompt reactivation of my account. Please reopen “nemutluturkumdi” without further delay and ensure this does not happen again to paying players.
