I’ve invested significant time and effort into the Konami game, but for the past few days, I’ve been unable to enter PVP matches due to persistent high server error messages. Every attempt ends with the same frustrating result: I’m kicked out before the match even loads.

This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s completely ruining the gaming experience. I’ve built my team, strategized, and devoted countless hours to progress. Now, I’m being blocked from one of the core features of the game. It's disheartening to see my dedication go to waste because of an unresolved technical issue on your side.

I respectfully demand that Konami resolve the server error affecting PVP gameplay and provide an official explanation and compensation for the lost time and in-game rewards.
