For about a week now, while playing eFootball on my Android tablet, my Treasure Chain does not unlock even though I play matches. Although I participate in matches in eFootball League, event matches, and other game modes, the Treasure Chain progress and the related rewards that I should receive after each match are not being credited to my account.
I submitted a support request through Konami’s in-game support system; however, I have not received any response so far. I request that the Treasure Chain progress and rewards that I should have earned from the matches I played be added to my account, and that this technical issue be permanently fixed.
