Kohl's Card Terms And Conditions Not Clear
I got that Kohl's card so I could get 35% off my first purchase, went to use it, though, I found that it didn't work with a million different things that I hadn't known about before I signed up. I thought they were holding out this great discount, but then they took it away at the last second. Why wouldn't they just tell you right away what you can't buy with the discount? It's awful having to read small print! There's something sneaky about this whole thing that makes me not trust Kohl's as much. It would be better if everything was clear from the start. That makes everyone happy! how you're promoting this Kohl's Card discount is super confusing. Make sure people know what they're getting into by listing all the things that don't apply right away. It seems much more fair, right?
